Sync LoGIStics
Synchronize GIS edits with your land records system

Sync LoGIStics provides seamless integration between ESRI®’s ArcGIS® and any land records system. Using ESRI’s ArcObjects® application and database functionality, it is a companion product to Timmons Group’s Parcel LoGIStics parcel maintenance software. Sync LoGIStics eliminates the need to make the same update to multiple databases. It automatically manages changes in the land records system when splits, merges, subdivisions, or boundary changes occur in the GIS application. Additionally, Sync LoGIStics includes tools to populate land records systems with fields of data that are derived from other GIS layers within a geodatabase.

Sync LoGIStics Guided Tour

How it Works

Sync LoGIStics recognizes when parcel records are updated in ArcGIS, and automatically converts these updates into a format that land records databases can understand. At any specified point in time, these changes can be incorporated into the land records database, synchronizing editing activities within ArcGIS and other land records systems such as Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal, permitting and tax. Sync LoGIStics can also be configured to reconcile and post changes to historical tables, providing a lineage between parent and child for each parcel transaction made over time.
In addition, Sync LoGIStics enables users to automatically capture and transfer GIS overlay information to land records systems using custom spatial overlay and query capabilities. As parcel records are added, any underlying GIS layer data - such as political, environmental or demographic - can be included in the synchronization process.
